Riddle: an office man goes to a work in a 30storied building.his office is on the 20th floor.in the morning he enters the lift goes to the 16th floor gets down and uses the stairs to climb the next four floors.in the evening he enters the lift from the 20th floor and comes to the ground floor in it.why doesn"t he go directly to the 20th floor in the morning??
