Title: Down To The Lobby

Riddle: A man lives on the 50th floor in an apartment building. Everyday he takes the elevator doon to the lobby all the way down on the 1st floor to get the mourning paper. Once he gets the paper he goes back the the elevator and only goes to the 25th floor and walks the rest of the way. Why does he do this everyday? (and its not for the exercise)
