A man lives on the tenth floor of a ten story apartment. He gos to the 1st floor in the elevator every day so he can leave for work. When he gets back on his way to his apartment he gos to the third floor in the elevator but walks up the stairs the rest of the way. On days when it"s raining he gos strait to the tenth floor in the elevator. Why?
