A man is found dead in an alley. He has a gun in one hand and a tape recorder in the other. the cop picks up the recorder and hits play. this is the message he hears. "Ive had enough it is time to take my life. *Gunshot*" instead of a suicide report the cop files a homicide repport. Why?
